Afghan Taliban leaders sent ISIS an open letter warning them to stay out of the country, with reports the group has splintered into at least three factions, one of which wants to fight under IS banner.

And Islamic State’s aIso pushed over the Lebanese border to capture 337km2 of land, running a Shariah court in the village of Arsal and pushing to capture the town of Ras Baalbeck.
