ไรไบ

             A rabbi and a priest are having a picnic on a really hot summer day and want to dip in the river to cool off.

            They didn’t think to bring bathing suits, so they decide to skinny dip.
           The river’s flowing fast and both men get washed downstream. 

       After climbing out of the river, they start to make a run for it to get to their clothes, when members of their congregation come into view. 

The priest covers his junk with his hands and puts on a burst of speed, but the rabbi covers his face instead.
“What are you doing?” the priest asks.
“I don’t know about you,” the Rabbi answers, “but my congregants recognise me by my face.”

Judaism จูด้าลิ๊สซึ่ม

the oldest monotheistic religions  ศาสนาที่ให้เชื่อในพระเจ้าที่มีหนึ่งเดียว แบบเดียวกับ คริสต์ อิสลาม ที่บังคับให้เชื่อในพระเจ้าองค์เดียวคือ God หรือ Allah ในสมัยก่อน คนนับถือพระเจ้าแตกต่างกันไป เทพเจ้าในตัวคน ในต้นไม้ ในตัวสัตว์ วัว ช้าง งู หรือนาคราช ฮินดู มีเทพเจ้าเป็นล้าน แย่งกันกราบใหว้บูชา ห้าพันปีมาแล้ว สามพันห้าร้อยปีต่อมา ยิวก็สร้างก๊อดขึ้นมา ทำเป็น  monopoly แต่เรียกทางศาสนาว่า monotheistic  โมโนทีอิ๊สติก ถ้าเป็นคำนาม ก็คือ monotheism โมโนทีอีสซึ่ม ...ไม่ให้นับถืออย่างอื่น นับถือแต่พระเจ้าองค์เดียวซึ่งก็เป็นผลดี ป้องกันคนตีกัน  ต่อมา แตกออกเป็นคริสต์ จากนั้นอิสลามก็ตามมา หลังจาก ห้าร้อยปีผ่านไป  แต่อิสลามจะเลียนแบบ จูด้าลิ๊สซึ่มมากกว่า ที่ ห้ามกินหมู  ต้องขลิบไอ้จู๋ หลายอย่างที่เหมือนกัน )

and a priest พร้อมกับหลวงพ่อในศาสนาคริสต์

are having a picnic  กำลังปิ๊กหนิกกันอยู่

on a really hot ในวันที่ร้อนรากเลือด

summer day ของวันในฤดูร้อน

and want to dip in ทำให้เกิดอยากจะชุบตัวใน

 the river  แม่นํ้า

 to cool off. เพื่อผ่อนคลายความร้อน

            They didn’t think ทั้งคู่ไม่ได้คิด

to bring bathing suits, ที่จะเอาชุดว่ายนํ้ามา

so they decide ด้วยเหตุนี้ ทั้งคู่จึงตัดสินใจ

to skinny dip. ที่จะลงนํ้าด้วยการแก้ผ้า (skinny dip แปลว่าจุ่มด้วยหนัง ..ก็แสดงว่า ต้องแก้ผ้าแหงๆอยู่แล้ว )
            The river’s flowing fast กระแสร์นํ้าในแม่นํ้าใหลแรง

 and both men ชายทั้งคู่

 get washed downstream. โดนพัดไปตามกระแสร์นํ้า

 After climbing หลังจากปีนขึ้นมา

out of the river, จากแม่นํ้า

they start to make a run ทั้งคู่ก็ออกวิ่ง 

 for it เพื่อ

to get to their clothes, ไปเอาเสื้อผ้า

 when members of ในตอนนั้นสมาชิก

their congregation กลุ่มญาติโยมของทั้งคู่ (congregation อ่านว่าคองเกร๊จเกชั่น แปลว่า ญาติโยม หรือ อุบาสกอุบาสิกา ทํานองนั้น)

come into view. ออกมามอง

The priest covers หลวงพ่อปิด

 his junk ขยะของท่าน... junk แปลว่าขยะ ในที่นี้ เป็นแสลงหมายถึงไอ้จู๋นั่นเอง

 with his hands ด้วยมือ

 and puts on และก็ใส่เกียร์ ( หมา)

a burst of พุ่งออกไป

speed, ด้วยความเร็วสูง

 but แต่ทว่า

the rabbi ไรไบ

covers his face ยกมือปิดหน้า

 instead. แทนที่จะเป็นอย่างอื่น ( instead of his genital )
“What are you doing?” ท่านทำอะไรนั่นนะ

the priest asks. หลวงพ่อศาสนาคริสต์ถาม
“I don’t know about you,” ของท่านผมไม่รู้นะ

the Rabbi answers, ไรไบตอบ

“but my congregants แต่ว่าญาติโยมผม

recognise me  จะจำผมได้

by my face.” ก็ที่หน้านี่แหละ ( ไม่ใช่ไอ้นั่น)

( สังเกตุ ความแตกต่าง ระหว่าง  congregants คือ สมาชิกของการชุมนุมในโบสถ์  congregation แตกต่างกันเล็กน้อย แต่คือความหมายเดียวกัน  )
