WASTE  NOT

Three Engineering students  are gathered around  discussing possible designers of human body.

one says , "it was a mechanical engineer just look at all the joints!"

Another says, "no it was electrical engineer . The nervous system has thousand of electrical connections. "

         The last says, " Actually,I'm pretty sure it was a civil engineer. Who else would run a toxic waste pipeline through a recreation area? "

WASTE  NOT

คำว่า WASTE แปลว่า ของเสีย หรือ ถ้าใช้กับเวลา ก็จะบอก ว่า you waste my time. คุณทำให้ผมเสียเวลา ถ้าเป็น toxic waste หรือ waste water ก็นั้าเสียนั่นเอง ในที่นี้ เป็นคำพูดเล่นคารม ว่าอย่าเสียของ

 

Three Engineering students  are gathered around สามนักศึกษาวิชาวิศวกรรมศาสตร์ gathered around จับกลุ่ม

  discussing  ถกเถียงกัน possible designers of human body ว่า มนุษย์ถุกออกแบบสร้างมาโดยหลักวิชาวิศกรรมศาสตร์ใหนมากที่สุด

one says , คนนึงพูดว่า"it was a mechanical engineer ต้องเป็นหลักวิชากลศาสตร์ just look at all the joints!" ดูข้อตามข้อต่อกระดูกซิ

mechanical engineer คือวิศวกรเครื่องกล หรือวิศวเครื่องยนต์ หรือพวกสร้างหุ่นยนต์นั่นเอง

 

Another says,   อีกคนนึงพูด "no it was electrical engineer . ไม่ใช่ต้องเป็นการออกแบบด้านวิชาวิศศวไฟฟ้า The nervous system has thousand of electrical connections. " ดูจากการเดินสายเชื่อมต่อเส้นประสาทที่มีไฟฟ้าจำนวนเป็นพันเชื่อมต่อกัน

The last says, คนสุดท้ายพูดว่า" Actually, I'm pretty sure it was a civil engineer. จริงแล้ว ไอมั่นใจว่าต้องเป็นวิศวโยธา แน่นอน ( civil engineer คือวิศวโยธา หรือผู้ที่ออกแบบถนนหนทาง วางผังเมือง) Who else would run จะมีใครที่ใหนที่ออกแบบ a toxic waste pipeline ท่อระบายนนํ้าเสีย through a recreation area? " ไปโผล่ที่ สถานที่ พักผ่อนหย่อนใจได้แบบนั้นหรือ  ส่วน recreation area คือสวนสาธารณะ หรือ สถานที่พักผ่อนหย่อนใจนั่นเอง
