หูตึง

การฟังภาษาอังกฤษไม่รู้เรื่องและเข้าใจผิดกับคำบาง

คำนั้น ไม่ใช่มีแต่คนไทยที่เป็น ฝรั่งเองก็เป็น   เหมือนกันดูตัวอย่างเรื่องนี้

        I went to see the doctor because I was finding it hard to hear people properly. He said, Can you describe the symptoms?’

I replied. “Sure: Homer, Bart. Maggie. Lisa and Marge.”

            I went to see the doctor ผมไปหาหมอมาแล้ว

because สาเหตุมาจาก

I was finding ผมรู้ตัวว่า

 it hard to hear หูไม่ค่อยดี ฟัง (hard to hear = difficult to hear  หูตึง)

people properly. คนพูดไม่ค่อยจะรู้เรื่อง( properly = perfectly =  accurately )

He said, หมอบอกว่า

Can you คุณพอที่จะ

describe บรรยาย

the symptoms? อาการป่วยได้มั๊ย

I replied. ผมตอบว่า

“Sure:  ชัวร์  อ๋อ...ได้ครับ

Homer, มีโฮมเมอร์

Bart. บ๊าร์ต

Maggie. แม๊กกี้

 Lisa ลีซ่า

and Marge.” และก็ม๊ารจ

( ไอ้หมอนี่ ชอบดูหนังเดอร์ซิมสัน ฟังคำว่า symptoms  ซิมท่อม เป็น  Sympsons ซิมสัน ดังนั้น ไม่ใช่เรื่องแปลกที่ไอฟังยูไม่รู้เรื่อง ใหนยูลองพูดใหม่ดิ say it again พูดใหม่ซิ หรือ what does that mean มันมีความหมายอะไร   หรือ  how do you spell it  สกดยังไง )
