A gynaecologist sick of the medical industry – the insurance,

 

The paper work- and decides to try a career in mechanic.

 

He goes to TAFE , signs up for evening classes and learns all he can, completing his skill and calm. But then, when the result came back, he was surprised to find that he had scored 150 %. Fearing an error, he calls the teacher, saying, “I don’t want to appear ungrateful, but I wonder if there is an error in the grade?”

 

 The instructor says, you took the engine apart perfectly, which was worth 50 % of the total mark. You put it back together perfectly, which is also worth 50 % .  I gave you an extra 50 % because you did it all through the muffler, which I’ve never seen it done before.

ประโยคนี้ ล้อเลียน มาจาก ประโยคที่ว่า Labour of love

 

ซึ่งก็หมายความว่า งานที่ทำไปด้วยความรัก เช่น เลี้ยงลูกที่เป็นทารก ต้องตื่นดึกๆดื่นๆให้นมเปลี่ยนผ้าอ้อมทุกๆสองชั่วโมง     Labia คํานี้ ก็คือชิ้นส่วนของจิ๋ม ที่เรียกว่า แคมนอกแคมในนั่นเอง

He goes to TAFE ,  ไปที่โรงเรียนเทคนิค  signs up for สมัครเข้าเรียน evening classes ชั้นเรียนตอนเย็น  and learns all he can, และก็เรียนอย่างตั้งใจ completing his skill  and calm. สอบผ่านอย่างสบายๆ  But then, แต่ทว่า  when the result  เมื่อผลสอบ came back, ออกมา  he was surprised เค้ารู้สึกแปลกใจมาก to find ที่พบว่า that he had scored 150 %. เค้าทำคะแนนได้ร้อยห้าสิบเปอร์เซ็นต์  Fearing an error,  ทำให้สงสัยว่า ต้องมีอะไรผิดพลาดแน่ๆ  he calls the teacher, ขอพบอาจารย์ saying, แล้วพูดว่า “I don’t want to appear ผมไม่อยากทำเหมือนว่า ungrateful,ไม่เคารพอาจารย์ but I wonder  แต่ก็ข้องใจว่า if there is an error in the grade?”น่าจะมีอะไรผิดพลาด เกี่ยวกับเรื่องคะแนน

 

 The instructor says, อาจารย์ตอบว่า  you took the engine apart คุณถอดชิ้นส่วนเครื่องยนต์ออกมา perfectly,ได้อย่างชำนาญมาก   which was worth 50 %  ซึ่งก็ได้ ห้าสิบเปอร์เซ็นต์ of the total mark. ของคะแนน  You put it back together คุณประกอบมันเข้ากัน อย่าง perfectly, เยี่ยมมาก  which is also worth 50 % .ซึ่งก็ได้อีกห้าสิบเปอร์เซ็นต์   I gave you an extra 50 %  ผมให้คุณอีกห้าสิบ because เพราะว่า you did it all through the muffler, คุณ ทั้งถอดทั้งประกอบมัน โดยล้วงมือผ่าน ทางท่อไอเสีย which I’ve never seen it done before. ตั้งแต่เกิดมาผมยังไม่เคยเห็นแบบนี้มาก่อน
