To whom it may concern

An old codger has a heart operation. After he’s been out of hospital for a while, Reg visits his doctor, complaining  that his wife is afraid of having sex for fear it might kill him.

“Never mind about that, old chap,” the doctor reassures him. You’re now in fine fettle. Sexual intercourse can’t possibly hurt you.”
Delighted, Reg asks the quack to put it in writing, then read it aloud.

“Dear Mrs Smith,” the doctor begins “your husband has made a remarkable recovery. His heart is now as healthy as that of a much younger man. I would be surprised if he couldn’t make love 3-4 times in a single evening with absolutely no ill effects.”

Reg is thrilled, but after a moment’s thought, he asks for a slight change:
“Could you please cross out ‘Mrs Smith’ and make it ‘To whom it may concern’?”

and make it แล้วก็เปลี่ยนมันเป็น

‘To whom it may concern’?”  ถึงใครก็ได้ที่อาจจะมีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง
