TWO storks are in the nest — a father stork and a baby. The baby stork is crying and the father is trying to calm him. Don’t worry, son,” says the older stork, “your mother will come back soon. She’s busy taking people their babies to make them happy.”
The next night, it’s the dad’s turn to do the delivering. Mother and son are sitting in the nest and the baby stork is crying.
She says, “Son, your father will be back shortly, but right now he’s bringing joy to new mummies and daddies.”
A few days later, it’s the stork parents who are desperate when their son spends the entire night away from the nest and they have no clue where he’s gone.
Shortly after dawn, he returns and the anxious parents ask him where on earth he’s been all night.
